Your username is separate to your email and was sent to you on sign up. Remember your username is lower case.

Your password should be a minimum of 8 characters (no spaces) and include at least:

• 1 upper case letter [A-Z] and
• 1 lower case letter [a-z] and
• 1 numeric character [0-9] and
